How Long are PBS holds for?
PBS are held for 72 hours. If you do not respond back with an application or an extention hold than your PB will be up for grabs for anyone else that wants them.
Is picking a PB not on the wanted list acceptable?
You may use which ever PB you would like to use, as long as you have six or more icons of them. I don’t want to see some random person from your friends on myspace though. There will be checks.
Can you play a professor?
Yes, you may play a professor. they are also acceptable in the game as long as you play them correctly. The professors for each class isn't exactly a canon. You can make up their personality, organize their backgrounds, change their PB, but we just ask that you keep the names already given.
How old is too old?
The oldest your character who is a high school student can be is eighteen. I know that sometimes people graduate when they are nineteen, but lets keep it eighteen.
Can their be twins?
Yes, there can be twins. It doesn’t matter if they are identical or fraternal. Just ask the mods before deciding to do a twin line so that we know.
Will there be dances for the students?
Yes, there will be school dances such as Homecoming, Semi Formal, Christmas Ball and a Prom.
If I am able to keep my three characters and ask for permission for a fourth may I have one?
If we see that you can handle a fourth character, that you are active and update frequently then we will take it into consideration, though this will not be permitted to everyone and it will not get out of control. If you are granted a fourth character we would appreciate it if you don’t gloat about it to someone else who didn’t. If this becomes a problem then no one will have a fourth.

| Dress Code and Classes |

At Kotogakkle freedom of speech and expression is something that the school presses on persistently, however; to keep things organized the school requires a uniform for both sexes.
School Dress Code
For the Young men they will be required to wear khaki or black pants that sit on the waist a belt is also required. The pants may not go below the waist and underwear/boxer shorts may not be seen. If boys are caught with their undergarments sticking out they will be warned, if it happens again it will result in a detention. Boys are also required to wear white, light pink, light yellow or blue button down collared shirts, over these shirts will be worn a blue blazer on the right upper chest will be the School’s Crest. The shirts should also be tucked in. Sneakers are not permitted as school shoes. Boys need to be cuts and cleanly shaven. Hair may be worn in any style; long, short, shaved, mow hawks etc are permitted a long with colour, however if things with the hair get out of hand and it becomes a distraction the administration will be told and boys will be warned.
For the young women they are required to wear a black, red and yellow pleated skirt that may not be any shorter than above the knee, girls who are caught with short skirts will be warned and given time to adjust the length, if they skirt length isn‘t mended this will be the result of a detention. Knee socks must be worn they can be black, white or grey. Girls are required to wear white, light pink or light yellow button down blouses and have the choice of a black and white V-neck sweater vest, black and white button down sweater or a black and white pull over sweater all items have the crest over the upper right chest. Girls hair needs to be kempt, blouses should be tucked in. Sneakers may not be worn as school shoes. Hair styles are up to the girls as well as colour. Girls may wear jewelry, but not excessive amounts.
All students must follow his or her dress code accordingly. If not there will be punishment.

Kotogakkle High was first established in Basildon England in the year 1920 in by a young Japanese man Itsuki Mishima. Kotogakkle was created for one soul purpose; to serve as a traditional Japanese school for the Japanese boys who inhabited in England and were eager to learn. First only being open to Japanese males as time progressed it soon opened it’s doors to Japanese girls and not too long after it’s opening for Japanese girls the school soon accepted teenagers and students who were not of the Japanese origin. It is a prestigious well known High School, that is known for it’s organized and highly intellectual students. Kotogakkle is also know for still educating the great-grandchildren of it’s past and original Japanese students.
Kotogakkle is a Japanese based High School based RP. We are a brand new community and hope to make it far, bring in active members, good players and most of all friends. Your character(s), this school, and the places are completely made up by the moderators, just for fun. We hope that you enjoy your stay here at Kotogakkle and we’ll see you in the RP. |
